My Journey and Passion for Wellness Weight Loss
My own personal struggle with weight has lasted most of my adult life. I’ve battled emotional eating and self-sabotage, which often derailed my progress. There were times when I lost significant amounts of weight, only to gain it all back, leaving me in despair and feeling like I couldn’t accomplish anything.

Three years ago, I joined an amazing weight loss group, and for the first time in over 20 years of dieting, everything clicked. This group helped me address the psychological reasons behind my inability to keep the weight off. The power of community became evident as they supported me in ways I never imagined. It was the first time in my adult life that I looked in the mirror and loved the person staring back​
The Wellness Journey
This transformation gave me a new lease on life—I started dating again and rediscovered confidence I had lost decades prior. Inspired by my personal success, I went on to become a certified health coach.
Throughout my journey, the biggest challenges I faced were dealing with self-sabotage, staying motivated, and managing emotional eating. The stress from my job and past traumas played significant roles in these struggles. Overcoming these challenges became possible thanks to the incredible support of my community. Daily accountability and working on my mindset, coupled with professional counseling, allowed me to resolve past traumas. As I saw the weight come off and became a happier, more confident person, my motivation soared.


My Approach
My own experiences have given me deep insight into how difficult it can be to lose weight and keep it off, as well as the emotional toll it takes. I understand the cycle of self-destruction, doubts, and the feeling of being incapable of achieving your goals.
My mission with Wellness Weight Loss is to help you lose weight in a way that is easy and sustainable. I want you to enjoy the process and never feel deprived or that you are missing out. What sets my approach apart is that I’ve been where you are. I’m still on my own journey and have firsthand experience with the challenges you face. I am not a skinny person telling you how to lose weight; I am someone who understands and has lived through the same struggles.

Our program is grounded in easy-to-understand, evidence-based science and is designed to be sustainable. You don’t need to obsess over counting points or worry about eating too many “syns.” You can enjoy all foods without restrictions and continue to drink coffee and alcohol. This approach ensures that you can integrate these changes into your life effortlessly and joyfully.​
